Shayna Media LLC reserves the sole and absolute right, in its discretion, to approve, deny, suspend, terminate, or remove any user account, business listing, directory registration, advertisement, or other content submitted to TribeConnect.info at any time, with or without notice and for any lawful reason. Submission of a registration, listing, or application does not guarantee acceptance or continued participation on the platform.

Shayna Media LLC may refuse, remove, edit, or suspend any listing or account that, in its sole judgment:

Contains false, inaccurate, misleading, or deceptive information;
Violates any applicable federal, state, or local law, regulation, or ordinance;
Infringes upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any person or entity;
Contains defamatory, offensive, obscene, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable content;
Promotes illegal activities or services inconsistent with the mission and standards of TribeConnect.info;
Misrepresents the ownership, affiliation, qualifications, or credentials of a business or individual;
Is determined to be harmful to the integrity, reputation, security, operation, or interests of TribeConnect.info, Shayna Media LLC, its users, advertisers, partners, or the broader community; or
Otherwise violates the Terms and Conditions or any policies established by Shayna Media LLC.

Shayna Media LLC also reserves the right to investigate complaints regarding any listing or account and to take any action it deems appropriate, including requesting additional information, temporarily suspending a listing, permanently removing a listing, or terminating an account.

All decisions regarding the approval, denial, suspension, or removal of listings and accounts are made in the sole discretion of Shayna Media LLC and shall be final. Shayna Media LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the denial, suspension, or removal of any listing, account, advertisement, or other content.
